Premier Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Wellsboro, PA team. The role focuses on evaluating patients, developing individualized plans of care, and delivering skilled physical therapy with progress monitoring.

You will educate patients and families, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and complete required documentation. A PT license or eligibility in PA is required, with SNF/long-term care experience preferred but not required.
