Job summary

Premier Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy team in Carlisle, PA. The role offers 10–19 hours per week with on-site duties and collaborative care.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing plans of care, providing skilled PT treatment, and educating patients and families. Licensing eligibility and SNF/long-term care exposure are considered in the candidacy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current PT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
