Job summary

Premier Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy team in Wellsboro, PA. The role focuses on evaluating patients, developing plans of care, delivering skilled PT treatment, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to monitor progress and complete documentation.

Qualified candidates have a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and current licensure or eligibility in the state. SNF/long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current PT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Physical Therapist (PT) – Part-Time

Location: Wellsboro, PA
Schedule: 10–19 hours per week

Premier Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy team in Wellsboro, PA.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment and monitor progress.
• Establish functional goals and modify treatment as appropriate.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and complete required documentation.
