Job summary

Premier Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy team in Wellsboro, PA. The role involves evaluating patients, developing plans of care, and delivering skilled PT treatments while monitoring progress.

The position requires graduation from an accredited PT program and current licensure or eligibility to practice in Pennsylvania. Prior SNF/long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current PT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• Experience in SNF/long-term care is preferred but not required.

Schedule: 10–19 hours per week
