Job summary

Theracare is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to deliver exemplary care and enthusiasm in working with our adult population in skilled nursing facilities in Angola and Garrett, IN with home health in surrounding areas.

The Physical Therapist would evaluate and treat patients, through physician orders, using a variety of therapeutic procedures to restore strength, mobility and function; you will join a team providing support across PT services in SNFs, outpatient, long-term care or home

Qualifications

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Physical Therapy.
Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board.
Prefer minimum one year experience in rehabilitation.
New grads welcome to apply.
Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to provide therapy services in SNFs, outpatient, long-term care or home health care.
Demonstrate competency in applying therapy principles and equipment.

Responsibilities
