Theracare is currently seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to deliver exemplary care for our adult population in both the Skilled Nursing and Home Health Care settings. This is a Full Time position serving Garrett and Angola, IN facilities with Home Health coverage in the Garrett area.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board.
• Prefer minimum one year experience in rehabilitation.
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to provide therapy services in various locations including SNFs, outpatient facilities, long-term care facilities or home health care.
• Demonstrate competency in applying therapy principles and equipment.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements.

Job Description

This is a Full Time position including skilled nursing facilities in Angola, IN and surrounding along with the delivery of Home Health services in the Garrett area. Qualifications

The Physical Therapist would evaluate and treat patients, in accordance with the orders from the physician, through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures designed to restore loss of muscle strength, coordination, body alignment, to relieve pain, improve movement and function. The Physical Therapist will work as a member of a team providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy. The Physical Therapist will provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Physical Therapy

Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board

Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation

Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care

Demonstrate competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in specific therapy discipline

Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements
