Theracare is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for PRN/Part-Time work in Indiana. The role focuses on delivering expert care to adult patients, evaluating and treating under orders, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team across settings such as SNF, outpatient, and home health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board preferred.

Theracare is currently seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to deliver exemplary care and enthusiasm in working with our adult population

The Physical Therapist would evaluate and treat patients, in accordance with the orders from the physician, through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures designed to restore loss of muscle strength, coordination, body alignment, to relieve pain, improve movement and function. The Physical Therapist will work as a member of a team providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy. The Physical Therapist will provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Physical Therapy

Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board

Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation

Demonstrate competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in specific therapy discipline
