FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Lehi, Utah is expanding and seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)who enjoys hands-on care, teamwork, and helping patients regain confidence in movement.

This is not a high-volume therapy mill. Our clinic model supports focused treatment sessions, collaboration with Physical Therapists, and measurable patient outcomes.

What You Can Expect

Manageable Patient Schedule

• Average 12 patient visits per day

Compensation & Bonuses

Base Pay: $30 – $35 per hour (based on experience)

Professional Development

• Free CEUs and certification programs through FYZICAL College, including Balance, Pelvic Health, and Orthopedic tracks
• $1,000 annual salary increase for each completed FYZICAL College certification (Balance, Pelvic, or Ortho)
• $1,250 annual CEU reimbursement

PTA Responsibilities
