Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy evaluations and treatments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility, and home programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in WebPT
• Assist patients entering and exiting the clinic when needed
• Contribute to our warm, family-like atmosphere through kindness and professionalism
• Collaborate with staff to support patient progress and continuity of care
• Travel between Middle Village and Maspeth clinics based on scheduling needs

Qualifications

• Active New York State Physical Therapist (PT) License
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Experience using EMR systems—WebPT preferred
