We are currently seeking an Advisory Services/Project Management Analyst in our State & Local Government division. This roleblends project management, technical assistance, and research. As such, we are seekingprospective employees with a passion for project management and an interest inimproving government operations and health care delivery at the intersection of implementation, operations, data/analytics, technical assistance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous quality improvement.
Advisory Services Analysts work on a variety of projectsspanning policy and programmatic areas. Examples include improving Medicaid and other health and human services programs; expanding access to home- and community-based services and strengthening systems serving older adults and people with disabilities; supporting public health and community-based initiatives designed to improve population health and address local needs; using program, administrative, and performance data to identify service gaps, assess implementation, and inform program and operational improvements; and helping agencies streamline processes, reduce administrative burden, engage participants and other stakeholders, and translate evidence into practical changes to policies and programs.
Advisory Services/ProjectManagement Analysts are typically connected to 2-3 projects at a time asproject managers or as an integrated task manager facilitating research,technical assistance, or systems development work.

This position offers an anticipated annual base salary of $70,000 - $90,000.
