Job summary

BioLife, part of Takeda, is seeking a dedicated part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support at our Stevens Point center. You will screen donors and assist with phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.

This role requires diverse shifts (4–6 hours per day, 3+ days per week) with training provided. Prior customer-facing experience is helpful; evenings and weekends are required. Join a mission-driven team focused on patient care.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Ability to greet donors and answer phones with professional communication.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for the shift and lift up to 50 lbs on rare occasions.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and assist center operations with process improvements.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
