Job summary

BioLife, a Takeda-affiliated plasma center in Appleton, WI, is seeking part-time staff to support donor screening and phlebotomy activities. The role emphasizes patient and donor care, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with safety procedures.

You'll work 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week, with weekend and holiday coverage. Training is provided, and you will join a team committed to quality service and life-changing therapies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to walk/stand for the full shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination and hearing acuity essential.
• 1+ year in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and initiate changes following approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
