BioLife is seeking a part-time Plasma Donor Screener to assist in our center operations in Stevens Point, WI. The role focuses on donor safety, screening, and phlebotomy support within a friendly, patient-centered team.

You will work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, and participate in a paid training program to ensure service quality and compliance. This position offers flexible scheduling to fit your life.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.
• Ability to stand/walk during shift, and to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, prioritizing donor safety and staff safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System; prepare donor charts; maintain records; coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for improvement and initiate changes to center processes per procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
