Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP invites applications for a part-time Phlebotomist in Wisconsin. You will greet donors, perform venipuncture, and support center operations with a commitment to service quality and safety.

The role includes a paid interactive training program, and a schedule that typically covers 3+ days per week with 4–6 hour shifts. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability are required to support donors.

Qualifications

• Customer/patient facing experience is helpful.
• Ability to walk/stand for entire shift is required.
• Fine motor coordination and depth perception are important.
• Due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, 90%+ of tasks require glove wear.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs is occasionally required.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors entering and exiting the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and set up plasmapheresis equipment.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines.
• Stock supplies and assist with disposal.
• Record donor measurements and enter data into the DIS.
• Coordinate donor flow and compensate donors via Debit Card system.
• Support center improvements using 5S, Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen.
