Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Utah seeks a part-time donor screener/phlebotomist to support plasma center operations. You will greet donors, perform vital signs, and manage donor charts using the information system, while coordinating donor compensation and upholding safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with paid training to get you started in this essential, patient-facing position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure safety of donors and team.
• Screen new and repeat donors and take donor vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational improvements and initiate changes to center processes.
• Maintain a variable shift schedule including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
