Job summary

BioLife is seeking a part-time Plasma Donor Screener with phlebotomy responsibilities to support plasma center operations in American Fork, UT. You will interact with donors, perform screenings, and help maintain accurate records to ensure safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and are comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role offers flexibility and an opportunity to gain experience in a patient-focused setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years minimum experience in a customer or patient-facing role (helpful).
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the full shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the information system.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes and implement approved changes.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
