Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities and support center process improvements.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
