Pay is $23.20–$24.90 per hour with potential annual bonus depending on performance. The job requires three years of phlebotomy experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferred phlebotomy certification.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Research test/client information and verify orders using lab systems.
• Navigate a computer and accurately enter data.
• Obtain identification and enter billing information and collect payments when required.
• Process specimens including labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing and preparing for transport.
• Perform non-patient facing duties like inventory and sanitizing.
• Read, understand and comply with departmental policies and procedures.
• Assist with statistics and data submission.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and training records.
