Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II for a part-time role in Edison, NJ, Monday to Friday 8:00 AM–1:30 PM with rotational weekends. Pay range is $24.50–$26.25 per hour, and eligible employees may receive an annual performance bonus.

The position requires three years phlebotomy experience, data-entry skills, and reliability for weekend and holiday coverage. Part-time benefits include PTO, 401(k) with company match, education assistance, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.
• Flexible and available for weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screenings, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Verify and confirm orders using lab systems and client contact.
• Navigate a computer and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments per policy.
• Process specimens including labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, and preparing for transport.
