Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• CPR-BLS certification for Healthcare Provider preferred.
• Phlebotomy training experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and special phlebotomy procedures as authorized.
• Order tests into Laboratory systems and document specimen receipt.
• Collect patient specimens appropriate for age and population served.
• Collect blood samples ensuring correct tubes and volumes.
