Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Phlebotomist I for Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview. Part-time, 20 hours weekly, Monday–Friday 2pm–6pm with weekends and rotating holidays as needed.

Respondents should have a high school diploma or GED, CPR-BLS certification, and phlebotomy training experience. Strong communication and organization skills, plus reliable transportation between sites, are desired.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent work experience.
• CPR-BLS certification required; ASCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and special phlebotomy procedures as directed by supervisor/manager/director.
• Order tests into Lab and Hospital systems and document receipt of specimens.
• Collect patient specimens appropriate for age and population served.
