Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda company, is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support for our Springfield, MO center. You will greet donors, answer phones, and ensure donor safety during scheduled hours.

You will screen donors, record vital signs, manage donor charts in our Donor Information System, and help coordinate donor compensation. Shifts include evenings, weekends, holidays, with a paid training program to start.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk for the shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Support center operations and process improvements.
