Zusammenfassung

BioLife Plasma Services in Daytona Beach is seeking a part-time team member to support plasma center operations. You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy and maintain donor records, while providing excellent customer service.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and includes use of the Donor Information System along with donor compensation coordination. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays leave/work schedule required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and perform tasks with glove use.

Aufgaben

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for process improvements and initiate changes per approved procedures.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
