Job summary

BioLife centers offer truly part-time roles with shifts typically 4 to 6 hours per day, 3 or more days per week to fit your life. Donors you meet will motivate you daily, and you will perform plasma donor screening and phlebotomy to support center operations, reporting to the Plasma Center Manager.

You will answer phones, greet donors, screen donors, record vital signs, and help coordinate donor compensation while ensuring safety and quality standards across a flexible schedule including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays work availability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record donor vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use the Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and support center processes.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement changes.
