BioLife Plasma Services in Roanoke, VA is seeking a part-time Phlebotomist. You will greet donors, perform venipuncture, monitor donors, and operate plasmapheresis equipment. The role requires standing/walking and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand/walk for the shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors as they enter/exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and operate plasmapheresis equipment.
• Monitor donors and manage reactions during donation.
• Setup, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on machines.
• Stock supplies and assist with disposal.
• Record donor measures and enter data into DIS.
• Coordinate donors to the donor floor and compensate via Debit Card.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and center processes.
