Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Moreno Valley, CA is hiring for a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support role. The position involves engaging donors, performing vital signs and finger sticks, and supporting center operations with accuracy and care.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided to prepare you for a responsible role in a busy plasma center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand and walk during the shift.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Capability to bend, stoop, and reach.
• Able to lift 5–50 lbs occasionally.
• Fine motor skills and distance hearing.
• Glove wear due to potential bloodborne exposure.
• One year of customer/patient-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use the Donor Information System and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
• Work various shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
