Job summary

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and participate in a paid training program. Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days weekly, including weekends and holidays, with opportunities for schedule flexibility based on donor needs.

Qualifications

• Must hold active CPT1, CPT2, CLS, or MLT licenses in California.
• Part-time role with 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week.
• Paid, interactive training program before start.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors; ensure donor and team safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities and suggest process improvements.
• Work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
