Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our Earth City, MO team. You will perform blood collections, ensure accurate data entry, and provide exceptional patient service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The role requires phlebotomy certification or training and a reliable, customer-focused approach. Work schedule is primarily mornings with potential Saturday rotation; great for growth within Labcorp’s extensive network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Phlebotomy certification or completed training program preferred.
• Phlebotomy certificate or equivalent training must be from an accredited agency.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary methods for all ages.
• Collect specimens for tests and ensure proper labeling and handling.
• Enter patient data accurately and process billing information as needed.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs for patient and sample information.
• Provide outstanding customer service and work collaboratively with team members.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
