Job summary

BioLife is hiring a part-time phlebotomist in Greenfield, WI. The role involves donor screening, phlebotomy, and providing high-quality service in a plasma center environment.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and work 4–6 hours per day, 3+ days per week, with paid training and opportunities to grow within Takeda's BioLife network. Evening/weekend availability is required, and safety protocols are followed at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in customer or patient facing role.
• Able to stand for the entire shift and adapt to an evening/weekend/holiday schedule.
• Willingness to perform phlebotomy tasks and operate plasma center equipment.
• Must be able to lift light materials and maintain safety while handling donors.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and programming of plasmapheresis machine.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage donor reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines.
• Stock supplies and assist with disposal of materials.
• Record donor measurements and enter data into the information system.
• Coordinate donors to the donor floor and compensate donors using the Debit Card system.
• Support center management in identifying operational improvements.
