Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP is seeking a part-time Phlebotomist in Wisconsin. You will greet donors, perform venipuncture, and support plasma center operations with plasmapheresis equipment. The role emphasizes strong customer service and adherence to safety and quality standards.

The position requires a high school diploma, ability to stand for shifts, and willingness to work evenings and weekends. Training is provided through a paid program to start strong and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., occasional 32–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and program plasmapheresis machines.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines.
• Stock supplies and assist with disposal.
• Record donor measures and enter data into the DIS.
• Coordinate donors to donor floor and assist management with process improvements.
