Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Utah is seeking a truly part-time Plasma Donor Screener/Phlebotomist. Shifts are 4 to 6 hours, 3+ days per week, with evenings, weekends, and holidays required. You will support plasma center operations under the Plasma Center Manager, ensuring donor safety and accurate records.

The role emphasizes flexibility and reliable attendance. Training is provided, with paid onboarding and opportunities to contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays work availability.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs on rare occasions.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements within approved procedures.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
