Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP in Riverton, UT is hiring for a part-time Plasma Donor Screener and phlebotomy support role on second shift, with evenings, rotating weekends, and 4–6 hour daily shifts 3+ days per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to walk/stand for long periods.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion.
• Fine motor skills and distance hearing for equipment.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens; prolonged glove wear may be required.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet and focus on donors while ensuring safety of donors and team.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and maintain records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and related paperwork.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and support changes per procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
