Advocate Health in Sheboygan, WI is seeking a part-time Phlebotomist to join the ACL Laboratories team. The role involves venipuncture, specimen collection from patients of all ages, and ensuring proper labeling and handling of specimens.

The schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM with 20 hours per week; Saturday rotations occasionally required. No holidays or Sundays. Eligible benefits include health coverage, PTO, and retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• Verifies patient identification to ensure safety.
• Performs venipuncture and specimen collection per protocol.
• Ensures specimens are properly labeled and suitable for testing.
• Performs limited testing under CLIA guidelines.
• Responds to phone inquiries and supports billing and other functions.
• Packages and tracks specimens for transport and maintains proper identification.
• Orders and verifies test requests and documents information for QA.
• Performs result entry in the computer system.
