Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Philanthropic Studies, Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or related field with minimum additional experience of 15 year(s)
• Experience with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, MS Outlook, MS SharePoint is required
• AI agents experience or familiarity is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support the development of an NPS Chesapeake Gateways philanthropy program with a strategic plan to engage private sector philanthropic support and expand its impact
• Document funding landscape and prepare a baseline status of funding for Chesapeake Gateways Network members
• Develop and analyze funding-opportunity matrices and potential funder trends in line with NPS policy
• Create and deliver a comprehensive philanthropic strategic plan with templates and donor tools for partnerships
