CVS Health is hiring Pharmacy Technicians to support the pharmacy team in a retail setting, ensuring safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and exceptional patient care. You will engage with customers at pickup, drive-thru and over the phone, while upholding SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Roles include immunization support where allowed, basic inventory duties, and flexible scheduling across stores in the market. Requires state licensure and ongoing training with CVS Health.

Qualificações

• Complete training and registration as required by CVS and state boards.

Responsabilidades

• Follow SOPs and assist pharmacists in safe prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service at pickup, drive-thru and phone.
• Manage inventory, returns, cycle counts, and waiting bin inventories.
• Travel to stores across the market as needed for shifts.
• Comply with all applicable laws and protect patient privacy.
