Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in delivering safe and accurate prescriptions and providing caring patient service in a retail setting.

The role requires completing training, meeting state requirements, and maintaining regulatory compliance while supporting immunizations and other patient health services where permitted. This is a part-time position with a focus on customer care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred.
• State licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to assist Pharmacists in patient health management.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver empathetic, patient-centered service at pickup, drive-thru, and via phone.
• Perform basic inventory tasks including restocking and cycle counts as directed.
• Collaborate with team to contribute to a high-performing, flexible pharmacy environment.
• Be available for scheduling needs and travel to stores across the market as required.
