Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support in-store pharmacy operations. You will help ensure accurate prescription fulfillment, follow SOPs, and provide friendly customer service in person and over the phone.

The role includes potential immunization support where allowed, ongoing training, and adherence to state licensing and CVS policies to protect patient safety and privacy.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to deliver safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Follow SOPs and workflow procedures at each workstation.
• Deliver compassionate customer service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Carry out basic inventory tasks and returns-to-stocks as directed.
• Be flexible for scheduling and travel to stores in the market as needed.
