Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and a compassionate, patient-focused experience in our retail stores. Technicians follow SOPs, assist with production, pickup, drive-thru and call center interactions to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.

You will complete required training and meet state board requirements and licensure/certification where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must meet state board requirements or laws governing pharmacy practice.
• High school diploma or equivalent if not mandated by state.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Attend regularly, including nights and weekends.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures for safe, accurate fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service at pickup, drive-thru and phone.
• Assist with inventory, receiving deliveries and restocking.
• Support immunizations and other services where allowed by law.
• Maintain patient safety and label accuracy.
