Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and high-quality patient care. You will assist with inventory, immunizations where allowed, and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment, with travel to stores as needed within the market.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education, and licensure/certification
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement, must be at least 16 years of age
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Complete required training within designated timeframe
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task and pivot quickly to meet patient and business needs

• Communication Skills: clear verbal and written interactions with patients and colleagues
• Mathematical Reasoning: calculate prescriptions, days supply and bottle quantities

• Physical Demands: lifting, bending, reaching and long periods upright
• Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager
• Travel to stores in the market to cover shifts as needed
