Pay Transparency

The pay rate is $24.50/hr, plus $2/hr extra after 4pm, with minimum wage guarantees. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, sick pay, PTO, paid holidays, bereavement pay, and retirement options.

What You Will Be Doing

The Pharmacy Technician will work in a fast-paced, closed-door pharmacy environment, filling prescriptions under supervision. Responsibilities include working with automation technologies, ensuring order accuracy, and maintaining workflow. The position is based in Ridgefield, WA, with a 20-hour weekly schedule: Fridays 6:30AM-3PM, Saturdays 8AM-4:30PM, Sundays 11AM-7:30PM.

Main Responsibilities

• Follow safety and security procedures.
• Use scanning and counting tech to fill prescriptions.
• Maintain pharmacy systems and inventory.
• Create documentation, manually fill prescriptions, verify order attributes, and ensure label accuracy.
• Prepare packages, sort orders, and assist with inventory management.
• Perform other duties as assigned, compliant with laws and regulations.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
