Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of employment.
• Immunization certification (APhA or state-recognized equivalent).
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification where applicable.
• 2–5+ years of retail pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and verify prescriptions and ensure accuracy in dispensing.
• Provide patient counseling and MTM services, including immunization support.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state pharmacy laws, HIPAA, OSHA, and DEA regulations.
• Oversee pharmacy workflow, inventory, and budgets to support P&L and service levels.
