Job summary

This role emphasizes patient care, teamwork, and flexibility to cover shifts across stores. Must meet state board/licensure requirements and complete training and certifications as required.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address a minimum age, must be at least 16 years old.
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or be actively enrolled in high school or equivalent.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support Pharmacists and improve patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver compassionate care to patients at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Assist with inventory activities and proper medication handling.
• Be flexible for scheduling and travel to stores as needed by the business.
