You will balance cash and inventory, supervise scheduling, maintain records, and ensure compliance with state laws while coordinating with Retail Operations. Ideal candidates have high-volume retail experience and proficiency with Excel/POS.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality service and/or high-volume retail environment.
• 2–5 years in a retail environment managing a team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of local and state laws pertaining to medical marijuana is a plus.
• Experience with Excel, POS, and inventory management control systems.

Responsibilities

• Balance cash and product inventory daily and train management on reconciliation.
• Oversee patient services and monitor staff productivity and engagement on the sales floor.
• Audit information binders and patient intake forms for accuracy.
• Manage Verified Financial Hardship program and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare weekly staff schedules to ensure proper floor coverage.
• Maintain records including time/attendance, cash handling, and chain of custody.
