iAnthus Capital Management is seeking a Per-Diem Pharmacist for our Staten Island dispensary. The role requires a licensed pharmacist, 21+ years old, with hospitality/retail experience and strong interpersonal skills. You will oversee daily dispensary operations, patient services, and compliance with state/local laws.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Pharmacist.
• Experience in hospitality service and/or high-volume retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years in a retail environment managing a team.
• Knowledge of local and state laws pertaining to medical marijuana is a plus.
• Experience working with Excel, POS, and inventory management control systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• This job might include physical activities and lifting up to 75 lbs; travel to Brooklyn dispensary preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Daily balancing of cash and product inventory, and training management on cash and product inventory reconciliation.
• Observing and participating in patient services on the sales floor, including Dispensary employee productivity and patient engagement.
• Auditing the Communications Binder for current information and updates.
• Auditing patient intake forms for accuracy and completion.
• Managing the Verified Financial Hardship (VFH) program.
• Maintaining compliance with local and state regulations.
• Maintaining accountability of all team members related to job descriptions.
• Preparing weekly Dispensary staff schedules to ensure proper floor coverage.
• Performing general office work, filing records, operating copy machines, and email communication.
• Providing feedback to the Dispensary Manager, Retail Operations on inventory and sales.
