Job summary

iAnthus Capital Management in Wappingers Falls, NY seeks a Pharmacist (Per Diem) to manage daily dispensary operations, lead a patient-centric team, and ensure compliance with state and local laws. This role is part-time and paid hourly.

Responsibilities include cash and inventory balancing, patient services on the sales floor, audits of records, scheduling, and maintaining policy adherence while upholding iAnthus standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist required.
• Experience in hospitality service and/or high-volume retail environment.
• 2-5 years in a retail environment managing a team.
• Knowledge of local/state laws pertaining to medical marijuana a plus.
• Experience with Excel/POS/inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Daily balancing of cash and product inventory and training management on reconciliation.
• Observing patient services on the sales floor and ensuring patient engagement.
• Auditing records for current information and updates.
• Auditing patient intake forms for accuracy and completion.
• Maintaining compliance with local and state regulations.
• Scheduling dispensary staff to ensure proper floor coverage.
• Recordkeeping of patient intake forms, cash handling and chain of custody documents.
• Hiring, interviewing and performance management of staff.
