Tight Ship Private Client Services is hiring for a Personal Finance Bookkeeping / Concierge role supporting private clients with all facets of home, health, and lifestyle in the San Diego area.

You will act as a client’s “Personal CFO,” managing daily money, bookkeeping for households, healthcare navigation, and coordinating with CPAs and wealth advisors, in a flexible, hybrid setting. This part-time position offers $40/hour with opportunities to bill more as client needs grow.

Qualifications

• Wealth management or personal finance experience required.
• QuickBooks certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs and Excel required.
• Excellent communication, discretion and integrity.
• Background check and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily money management, bill pay, and budgeting.
• Handle household bookkeeping for private clients.
• Navigate healthcare and insurance elements for clients.
• Coordinate with CPAs, attorneys, and wealth advisors.
• Ensure accuracy, security, and confidentiality in all tasks.
