Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, or military experience acceptable).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the client experience as the first point of contact, guiding traffic and delivering a high-touch experience.
• Delivers accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions while deepening relationships.
• Identifies needs and refers clients to partners to help achieve financial goals.
• Educates clients on banking products and self-serve solutions, recommending solutions as appropriate.
• Performs a broad range of client transactions within established financial limits and escalates non-standard issues.
• Ensures compliant, risk-aware outcomes by adhering to policies and procedures.
