You will identify needs, educate on products and digital tools, and refer clients to specialists as appropriate, upholding TD's risk and regulatory standards in every interaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients or in a customer-facing role.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsabilités

• First point of contact for clients, guiding traffic flow and delivering a high-touch client experience.
• Delivers accurate, everyday banking transactions and deepens relationships by identifying needs and referring clients to appropriate partners.
• Educates clients on banking products and self-serve solutions, using insights to recommend solutions.
• Performs a broad range of client transactions within established financial limits and follows standard procedures.
• Escalates non-standard issues to appropriate internal teams and maintains compliance with TD's policies.
