Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Experience can include volunteering, education, or military service.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with concise, clear, and consistent messaging.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow (in-person and phone).
• Serves as the hospitality ambassador for the branch, delivering a consistent, relationship-driven client experience.
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions that establish trust from the initial engagement.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness to ensure compliant outcomes.
• Educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and financial wellbeing.
• Identifies opportunities to refer clients to specialists to achieve long-term goals.
