Job summary

TD in Wyckoff, New Jersey is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to serve as the first point of contact for clients, managing in-person and phone inquiries with a focus on hospitality and accuracy in everyday banking transactions.

You will identify client needs, educate on products and self-serve options, and refer to specialists when needed to support clients in achieving financial goals while adhering to risk and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow (in-person and phone).
• Serves as the hospitality ambassador for the financial center, delivering consistent, relationship-driven client experiences.
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions that establish trust from the initial engagement.

• Proactively educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience.
